About the works

I keep referring back to vessels – I see them as symbols, metaphors for ourselves, our souls.

What we choose to carry around in them..if anything.

..half full or half empty? Living in the past, dreaming of the future or living right now.

These objects are from all over, the British Museum, my home, other peoples homes,

ebay to name but a few.

The ambiguity of value, beauty and function is left to the beholder.
