About the works

The fabric absorbs the subconscious actions through the process of painting.

The weight of the paint and force of the brush movement determines what's seen on the back. I have no idea of outcome as only the back of the painting shows the true intentions that is never visible from the front.

Working blindly, I can only move forward in real time responding to that precise moment.

Working on industrial fabric, I am able to equate my studio location within its local surroundings. The fabric grounds my placement physically but acts only as a duct for the conscious to bleed through.
